Innovation leaves nothing to chance. faberNovel is a group dedicated to innovation management and implementation.

faberNovel Consulting is the management consulting arm of the group. We deal with a variety of themes such as strategy, organization, design and change management. All these subjects have one common denominator: innovation. In an environment that is ever-changing, our role is to help our clients (telecom operators, energy providers, public transportation operators, etc.) adapt and adopt new management practices. Our solutions are always pragmatic, action-oriented, thanks to our constant interaction with faberNovel XP.

faberNovel XP focuses on strategic development and experiments. We help our clients develop innovative ideas in various fields (telecom, public transportation, local governments, etc.). We accompany our clients through all the phases of a project, from the conception to the final stages, when the validity of our prototypes must be put to the test. We have for instance helped the French RATP experiment with 2D barcodes on bus stops, or developed an innovative bicycle rental service for urban communities.

faberNovel is lucky enough to work with several specialized partners. One such partner is AF83 (faberNovel's subsidiary), which frequently offers us its expertise on Web-related problems.

af83 is a web development company, centred on designing and developing social platforms and social media. Its mastery of web-design tools (AJAX, XHTML, etc.) and of agile development methods (eXtreme Programming, etc.) allows the creation of innovative, efficient websites and applications. AF83.s skills in managing and animating communities also result in a unique focus on the users. Productions like the instant-blogging application Noumba or the community website (cqfd or BeProducer) focused on music are proof of af83's efficiency.
